The club's Supported Entry event will be held at the Kettle Moraine Kennel Club in West Bend, WI.  Visit Kettle Moraine's website at kettlemorainekc.org for additional information about all the activities.  Attached is a copy of the Entry Form.  

A potluck luncheon will be held following Supported Entry on July 1st. The club will provide an entree, paper plates, napkins and silverware.  Please bring a dish to pass.  Also, bring a chair(s) and your own beverage.  The luncheon will be held at the Gazebo on the grounds.  See the attached for a map of the grounds.
